Relax your shoulders: Truly drop them to trigger a neurochemical signal that you’re safe.
Relax your forehead: Release the tension and tell your body you’re calm.
Smile softly: A gentle smile activates relaxation responses in the brain.
Focus on your breath: Feel the air as it moves in and out across your upper lip.
